The vertical integration of our production processes allows us to provide your company with specialized services to support the development of products tailored to your needs.

Injection

We have 10 injection machines at our production facility, dedicated to produce medical components. We work with PVC, ABS, polyethylene, acrylic, polypropylene and polyestyrene. All molds and machines are regulary serviced and maintined inhouse by our comprehensive tooling department to ensure optimal production and enhace longevity of our department

Extrusion

Our extrusion department handles tubing and special profiles in PVC (rigid and flexible), polyurethane, polypropylene, pigmented tubing, co-extrusions for radiopaque stripes, multilumen, etc. We can also develop any required profile in our workshop.

RF sealing

We can handle different bag sizes that range from 50 ml up to 8 lts, in a clean and controlled environment. Our workshop can also develop special dies to create bags of unique sizes and shapes to meet your individual needs.

Assembly

Our clean rooms, specially designed for the production of medical devices, allow us to assemble a great variety of products and kits. Our highly trained personnel ensures the highest quality of products to be sold in Mexico and all other countries.

PVC compounding

We produce PVC compound according to your specifications (hardness, transparency, etc.) thanks to our Ribbon Blender machine and our state of the art computer controlled weight dispensing system.

Sterilization

At IPM we can save your time and money by performing In-house sterilization with 2 ETO gas and 3 steam auto claves. Thanks to our remote recording sensors, we can validate our sterilizers and cycles to meet your unique protocoles.

Laboratory

Our in-house laboratory can perform a variety of tests including: sterility, pyrogens, toxicity, microbiological, chemical, biological and functional.
